Programs & Marketing Director, Visual Art Exchange, Raleigh NC (June 2008 to present) Coordinate major events like the Raleigh Street Painting Festival and VAE's For the Love of Art fundraising gala. Develop an advanced series of educational programs for professional artists including monthly events, quarterly critiques, weekly e-newsletters. Design all marketing collateral for organization and manage website.

Exhibitions Director, Visual Art Exchange , Raleigh NC (2006-2008) Fully managed 60 juried and non-juried exhibitions annually for Raleigh's oldest non-profit arts organization.  Advised 400 member artists on professional issues including presentation, marketing, sales. Organized organization's public art program.

Art Instructor, Governor Morehead School for the Blind, Raleigh (2006-2007) Independently developed new curriculum for teaching art to visually impaired students, grades K-12. Promoted the project within the community, arranging two exhibitions of the students’ artwork.
